10 Minute Guitar Workout

The idea for Guitar Workout came from an exercise manual produced by the Canadian Airforce. The book recognised that a lot of people needed some sort of fitness regime but had little time to spare, so it offered a series of graduated exercises that would bring about a good level of fitness from a time investment of only ten minutes daily. The response was to formulate a condensed practice schedule for busy students whereby they could cover all the vital areas of learning in the shortest possible time and still see a satisfying result from their labour.

The results have been decanted into this book which takes you through a series of daily exercises which form the core of your own practice routine. The book also contains information vital to the modern guitarist: how to memorise songs, how to develop your knowledge of chords and scales, all about effects units and more - with everything detailed on the accompanying CD.
