Rhythm

Most guitarists don’t read music. Fact. They prefer to take the easier route of reading tablature, an alternative method of notation for the guitar that has been around for centuries. The problem is, tab includes no form of rhythmic information, which makes it impossible for the tab reader to learn anything he has either never heard or is in any way unfamiliar with. In other words, you’re only getting half the picture…

Rhythm is devised to bridge the gap between tablature and standard notation by concentrating on providing a basic understanding of rhythm, both conceptually and from a notational point of view.

The book comes with a CD which contains all the exercises, plus additional lesson material.
